Features available to you may depend on your selected plan.

You agree to use PremiumResume only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the platform in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Use PremiumResume to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Share or distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.

You retain ownership of the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create using PremiumResume.

By using our services, you grant PremiumResume a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services you request.

We do not claim ownership of your personal documents.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use any content you upload.

PremiumResume offers both free and paid plans.

Paid plans provide access to additional features for the purchased access period.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are displayed before purchase.
• Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Promotional discounts and coupon codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

PremiumResume, including its website, branding, software, templates, designs, graphics, text, logos, and other content, is owned by PremiumResume or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of PremiumResume without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of PremiumResume's intellectual property to you.

AI-generated content is provided as a drafting and productivity aid.

While we strive to provide helpful and relevant suggestions, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, appropriate for every situation, or free from errors.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before using it in job applications or other professional settings.

PremiumResume is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

We do not guarantee:

• Employment opportunities
• Interview invitations
• Job offers
• Compatibility with every Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PremiumResume and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to PremiumResume shall not exceed the amount you paid to PremiumResume during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PremiumResume, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of PremiumResume.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Content that you submit or upload to the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to PremiumResume if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the platform.
• Your activities pose a security risk.

We are required to do so by law.

You may stop using PremiumResume at any time.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
